HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO ARRIVE? Once your order is complete with our system, we aim to get your order to Australia post within 2 working days. From there, depending on your location, you should have your shoes with you between 2 - 7 working days from date of dispatch.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your delivery online with Australia Post.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? We process your order as soon as you make a purchase. So we are not able to process any changes even if it is not yet being shipped. You may return any item to us once you receive your order. Returned items have to be in line with our returns policy
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)? We offer our online customers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, Gommes Shoes will gladly refund your purchase subject to our terms in our returns policy, if the goods are returned in their original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase dated on the receipt.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE? We offer Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay and ZipPay on the website.
CAN I GET MY SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED? We will refund shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part or if the item is deemed as faulty. For change of mind returns, and any other return reasons that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
CAN I RETURN SHOES TO ANY GOMMES SHOES STORES? Gommes Shoes Stores do not accept any returns for online purchases.
