ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURNS
We offer our online customers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, Gommes Shoes will gladly refund your purchase subject to the following terms, if the goods are returned in their original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase dated on the receipt.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Goods must be unworn and unused
- We are unable to accept returned shoes that are marked so we suggest taking care when trying your shoes on for the first time.
- Goods must be returned in the original shoe box or bag, in its original condition.
- Include the order summary and write on it if you would like to exchange the shoes or receive a refund.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of date shown on the receipt.
Postage is non-refundable on returns.
Please note that we are unable to facilitate on-line exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you make a new purchase and return the original item via our Returns process.
Gommes Shoes reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

*Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer not Gommes Shoes. It is advisable to consider using tracking as Gommes Shoes will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 1-10 working days of receiving the returned goods to our warehouse. Our Returns Team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, a refund will be processed. You will receive an email to let you know that the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take a few extra days to return the funds to your account.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, however if you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with high quality images and description of the problem. Gommes Shoes reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection before making a decision on a faulty item. Items will not be deemed faulty if it is concluded that the damage is due to general wear and tear. Also, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how the product has been used, how much time has passed since you bought the product. If your product is assessed as faulty we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the item(s) is deemed to be faulty.
We recommend that return item(s) are shipped via Registered Post. You assume any risk for loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Gommes Shoes will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
