DELIVERY

We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding National and WA Public Holidays) from our Online Warehouse based in Bunbury, or selected Gommes Shoes stores Western Australia.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Gommes Shoes are pleased to offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100 a flat rate of $10 Standard Delivery Australia wide is added at checkout. We do not ship outside of Australia.

 

DELIVERY PERIOD

We endeavour to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2 days after order is confirmed (received, paid and processed). Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery from date of dispatch which is dependent on area via Australia Post. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, and ongoing restrictions in certain areas you may experience delays in your delivery times. We thank you for your understanding during this challenging time. Also, peak periods such as Christmas Delivery, may be delayed depending on when order is placed and cut off dates for deliveries by Australia Post.

 

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your delivery online with Australia Post.

Delivery requires a signature for proof of delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a calling card to advise of the attempted delivery and the location of your parcel for collection or the phone number to call for the collection address or redelivery.

If you provide authority to leave the parcel if no one is home you agree that when the order has been delivered as indicated by the delivery driver via the tracking information, Gommes Shoes will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the delivery.
